Anytime Money Savers is operated by Netonline Media Limited. Where Netonline Media Limited determines why and how personal information is processed through AMS, it acts as the data controller for that processing.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use AMS, information may include details you provide when contacting us, technical and security information generated when you use the site, preferences you choose to save, and information required to operate a service you request.
How we use information
We may use information to provide and improve AMS, respond to enquiries, protect the service, prevent misuse, maintain records, meet legal obligations and operate services that you specifically request.
Lawful bases
The lawful basis depends on the processing involved. It may include our legitimate interests in operating and securing AMS, steps connected with a service you request, compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent where consent is required.
Providers and affiliate referrals
AMS may link to external providers and affiliate partners. If you choose to follow an external link, the receiving provider may process information under its own privacy arrangements. AMS may receive referral or commission information associated with qualifying activity, but we do not ask affiliate partners to disclose unnecessary personal information about their customers to us.
Newsletter and marketing email
AMS does not currently operate a public newsletter subscription service. If newsletter subscriptions are introduced, signup will be voluntary and the subscription process will explain what users are agreeing to receive before marketing email is activated.
Newsletter recipients will be able to unsubscribe. Where a person opts out, AMS may retain the minimum information needed on a suppression record so that the marketing preference can continue to be respected.
Retention and security
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, including legitimate operational, security, legal and record keeping requirements. We use technical and organisational controls intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or misuse.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights relating to access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
